What a great time our volunteers had at the 2026 Hilltop Hot Dog Outreach! Including the women and the officers and staff, they were able to feed around 600 people at both Hilltop and Hilltop Trustee. The ladies seem to love every minute of it! Our volunteers enjoyed working alongside chapel workers, as they honored the women of this unit.
We were blessed to have several new volunteers who were able to sit and minister to the women as they enjoyed their chili dogs. The crew split up so they could serve the Trustee Camp at the same time. Many of them commented that this was the first real hot dog they had had in years!
The women were so grateful as we ended the day, because we were able to serve the last group an extra hot dog and had plenty left over for a second shift.
We love how God uses these outreaches to share His love in a relaxed fun atmosphere where everyone leaves feeling full and blessed!
