Hughes Kingdom Impact Crossfit Competition

Disciples 4 Christ Crossfit a promotes health, well-being, healthy competition, and goal- oriented training to the inmates allowed to participate. This type of training also allows for a valuable skill set for employment upon release from incarceration. These programs have been successfully executed in several prisons, all with positive results.

Mission Statement
Using mind, body and spirit, we are committed to creating a positive culture change within the prison community that challenges inmates physically and mentally. One that will boost morale, strengthen hearts and build faith.
Kingdom Crossfit Training Program
Volunteers and Coaches will come into the unit leading up to the big event (On Saturday 2x a month) to disciple and train the inmates for competition.

Training/Classes would include:
• Nutrition/ Importance of Hydration
• Leadership (based on the Lead Today book by John Maxwell)
• Strength Building

The day of the events volunteers will help oversee the different competition stations.
