Offenders can now receive incoming eMessages. Friends and family members must open an online account, then purchase electronic stamps. Each page will be the cost of a USPS stamp. Once the message to the offender is completed on-line and submitted. Jpay will forward the correspondence to TDCJ unit mailroom. The mailroom staff will review and approve the messages to be printed and delivered to the offender. Depending on the facility, inmates may be able to respond electronically, view and print your message, and view photo attachments.
