Keep on asking and you will receive what you asked for. “Keep on seeking and you will find. Keep on knocking and the door will be open.” (Matthew 7:7 NLTV)
My grandparents’ dog, Toby, is very smart. When he wants something, he goes to where that thing is, then he barks until he gets it. For example, when he wants to go outside, he sits at the door and waits until he finds a way for us to give him what he wants, usually barking non-stop. That is his way of asking to go outside.
That is just like us, we can ask God for something and we will receive it. He will give us what we want and need – in His will and in His timing. If there is something you want or need, ask your Father in Heaven. He is a good Father and hears the cries of His children.
