“As for Me, this is My covenant with them, says The Lord. My Spirit, who is on you, and My words that I have
put in your mouth will not depart from your mouth, or from the mouths of your children, or from the
mouths of their descendants from this time on and forever, says The Lord.” – Isaiah 59:21 (NIV)
Since I was little, I have liked cutting flowers very much….any kind. I did not like it when the flowers wilted and dried up, but was amazed that the fragrance still remained. Likewise, we die to the flesh, but the Spirit remains forever (Isaiah 40:6-8 and I Peter 1:23-25).
Isaiah 53 talks about the Messiah and how God tells us that His Son Jesus will remain with us forever. Jesus was crucified for the forgiveness of our sins. He rose from the dead so that we have eternal life through the Holy Spirit; He remains in us forever. Hallelujah!!!
