Help Support the 13th Annual Blessing Bag Outreach
We are so honored and excited to announce the 13th Annual Blessing Bag Outreach. Beginning in 2009, through a coalition of ministries, church partnerships, and corporate donors, we have successfully provided each offender on the Alfred Hughe’s Unit in Gatesville, TX a bag full of hygiene items and Christmas goodies.
This year, our goal is to bless 4500 offenders, officers, and staff. The 4500 Blessing Bags will each contain Body Wash, Deodorant, Toothpaste, 2022 Pocket Calendar, Writing Pen, Wall Calendar, Christmas Candy, Christmas Cookies, and a Christmas Card!
Even though the prisons have not completely reopened, we have still been able to minister to small groups of offenders within the fences. And with the restrictions the prisons are still under, it is even more important this year that we do what we can to show the men, women, and staff of the prisons that we care, and they are not forgotten.
We need your help to share the love of Christ again this Christmas and make these blessings come true!
Our need and goal for this annual outreach are $20,000, and anything you can contribute is greatly appreciated.
