How Can I Get Involved?

Thank you for your interest in Disciples 4 Christ! Our volunteers come from all walks of life and they volunteer for all kinds of reasons. Our prison outreach ministry is successful because of our dedicated volunteers.

NEW Volunteers MUST do the following:

1. Complete Disciples 4 Christ Online Volunteer Application Form (See Below)

2. Read ALL Required Documents

- Volunteer Agreement

- Letter from the State of Texas to Volunteers

- Inside Do’s & Don’ts

- Pen Pal

- Mentoring

3. Submit a TDCJ Application: Click Here.

After receiving your TDCJ Document by mail, you must schedule a time to take a security training class at one of the approved locations.

PLEASE NOTE TO RETURNING VOLUNTEERS:
Security Training is Required Every 2 Years.
